Refund policy
Imaginativa does not accept "Return to Sender" packages. Any items returned without prior approval will incur additional fees, and no refunds will be provided.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by filling out the contact us form. Include your order number and pictures of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and provide solution and further instructions.
You may request an exchange or a return for store credit within 14 days of the date you receive your item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of the date of delivered shipment for online orders. No refunds or price adjustments are offered. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
